Invest in the Human Capital of the Organization
Invest in the Human Capital of Organization
Introduction – How valuable is your Investment
Humans are an asset that any organization can have and only successive strategic management can be sustained. These humans who are going
to be a part of the organization which we call employees become a family alike
close group who are willing to provide their 100% towards the organizational
outcomes year by year. They groom with the organization and the organization
surely grow with them. With the current market and economic structure along
with human capital, the drive is being upgraded towards innovation and automation
yet, the future of any organization will still be on the pillar of HRM as the
humans in an organization will provide the right showery for it to grow.
The diversity and the challenges along with the skill gaps
will make the equation even more fruitful in an organization to find the right
gel of the pack. And the nature of the official society will depend on
this as well. So the impact that is to be made by the HRD is very high over the
years’ strategic plan of the organization. That is where the HR plan comes to
play and makes it more fruitful.
Human resource management undertook a massive evolution during
the past decades as the world changed vastly through globalization along with
technical and economic upcharge. Over time HR involvement in an
organization has changed from just hiring to managing the people. The
change behind the evolution is mainly focusing on the understanding between the
organization and its employees. Considering the employees as an asset to the
organization and being more lenient towards them treating them as livings and
valuing their feelings with respect. It can also be called being
sophisticated through globalization.
From just being or involved in the hiring process now, HRM has
developed to look at many areas and consider many aspects as a vital strategic
partner in achieving the organizational goals.
Here are some of the HR roles currently in an organization
that support a massive level of involvement.
HRM is the key link between the organization's successes to
its main pillar of the drivers. It is very important to have the team well
motivated and results-driven along with dedication and commitment towards people
as every employee in an organization needs to feel they are secure and they
are being treated well and equally and also it is proven that the HRM has
plans on improving and supporting the culture.
How HRM Can Assist with Upgrading the HR Capital
Attracting the Right Talent, HRM as a strategic partner of
the organization’s mission of being excellent requires a deep understanding
of the vision of the organization along with the shortages or excess available
currently in terms of skills and abilities. Branding the organization to
the right level and adjusting the recruitment strategies in order to convince the
right heads to be applied.
Skill Development, is one of the most important segments when
it comes to the organization’s strategic plan for each financial capitalization
annually. It makes sure the employees are individually and also as a team capable enough of achieving their goals while increasing their potential. This needs
to be done in a well-structured and planned mechanism of understanding and
measuring their current levels in terms of skills/abilities and knowledge and
how to up bring each area to cooperate with each other and drive for the
common goal.
Retaining a well-polished team around the organization is
the most critical investment that is being put towards each individual in the organization physically and with their abilities. Understanding what are the
common and individual expectations of the team and how to provide the levels of
comfort and satisfaction while keeping the strategic plan unchanged is one of
the key areas to be focused on as HRM. With the support from each department's
authorities, this can be done through one on one and group feedback sessions and
also by launching feedback criteria online. Further, this needs to be looked
at from the POV of the employees towards geographic and economic changes as
well.
Further to discuss on managing conflicts on the same aspect,
is also very important when it comes to HRM responsibilities towards
developing, attracting, and retaining employees within the organization. Most
often managing conflicts will make a pleasant environment in the organization
and also it will positively market the organization’s image and will support a skilled workforce to attract to the organization and also will directly impact
positively on retaining the employees as well.
Modernized HRM – Impact of Globalization
Technology has made the world at the tips of every
individual and people are connected to each other every minute of their life. With
that, the network of an organization combined with the technology also has
evolved and the HRM now has to divert their methods towards the upgraded
version and apply more technical and digital approaches through the HR plan.
Most CEOs now believe that technology and
digitization have a major impact on staff and it is way better and way more systematic
to approach the employees.
While the work activities are more digitized, it is the
responsibility of HRM along with the strategic management team of the
organization to approach the employees and execute the plan to successfully retain
the people within the organization with a sophisticated HR plan.
Here’s how Steve Jobs explains how the interaction of the
management with the employees even though the company is the number one in
the world in terms of technology. How they make sure the community inside feels
that they cared and the management trusts the people and their ideas.

The future of HRM is evolving further, and the thinking
behind the retention of people and development and interaction with them is also
changing accordingly. People research every day for new ways of doing the
traditional expectations and how they can interact with other humans more
effectively and how they can automate the work but efficiently release or relax
their frustrations and bad energies away by interacting with the community. How
to distract themselves when needed when they are pressured and the expected
deliveries are provided and yet when the mindset is still hyperactive.
Digital HRM – In line with the people-oriented strategic plans in an organization as discussed in this note earlier the divergence from traditional papered measurements, were introduced digital platforms to society. Talent Acquisition, Learning and development, Retention, Appraisals, Payroll, and all HRM activities are now being transformed into digital applications and web-based products for more continence of the employee and also the HRD. Since the era of digitalization is undergoing the employees are also willing to be more supportive and productive to interact with these solutions rather than sitting with the HR team and going through the traditional methods.
How
digitalized solutions are being used across the world for HRM.
Office around the world choreographed in the same song and made
people feel they are in line with the trend and also the stress is free in the
organization while binding and connecting people other than the work activities.

Conclusion
In conclusion, the organization at any strategic level
its employees or rather the humans will be the key. Despite being controlled by the people in an organization managing them has become the upgraded yet most
powerful method in modern society through digital methods. In order to manage the
employees in an organization, human resource management plays a vital role and it
is the only unit that can make sure the employees are at the right level of
motivation along with trust towards the organization. Growth and sustainability of the
business will not be a concern furthermore to the organization if the right
level of HRM supports the strategic plan through the HR plan while using the
digital approach where ever is possible.
